Conference & Event Planning

NAVAR’s Conference and Event Planning Department provides exemplary conference planning and logistics management for both government and commercial clients. Our dedicated team of experienced certified government meeting professionals provides a one-stop shop for conference planning services, on-site management, and in-person or virtual events.  NAVAR plans a wide range of events, from university engagement webinars to 20 person meetings to 1,200 attendee conferences.

Our Conference & Event Planning services include:
